Upon arrival they first had a look at the location and instead of just installing the system, they advised me that the system was not exactly designed for this kind of usage. “I wish to say that during last year (September 2019), I was in Dubai searching for Home Theatre equipment for my home in Karachi, Pakistan. As I also own a home  in Downtown, Dubai I first started to look for these items by visiting all of the Electronic outlets there in the Dubai Mall in search of the right equipment, as the proximity of these showrooms were the closest to my home.

Unfortunately, none of the Stores’ Representatives that I visited were able to answer all my queries on the type of equipment , that made up the complete Home Theatre. I was disappointed with the lack of knowledge and technical skills that these representatives exhibited.

I later visited DG + , Audio Video specialist showroom in Times Square Center, Sh. Zayed Road, Al Quoz, Dubai. There I met with Mani. I must say that Mani impressed me hugely  with his technical skills and knowledge of all the Home Theatre equipment, and was very transparent  about the Pros and cons of all items on sale. I found that Mani was genuinely interested in knowing all about the development plans of my Home Theatre, so that he could fully comprehend  my expectations, before making any recommendations. I felt extremely comfortable with him, and his advices were solid and professional.

In the very same meeting, therefore,  I decided to make purchase of all items comprising the Home Theatre equipment.  These comprised the JVC Projector, Denon AVR Amplifier, Def Tech Speakers, Polk Audio Woofers and surround speakers including the Atmos speakers. I spent a total of AED24,000 and my decision to do so was based on the confidence that Mani exuded on the products sold.

Our relationship with Mani has further grown to be extremely good and professional since that time. In one of the Subwoofers that we had purchased, some fault  developed in its circuitry, after use, within the Warranty period. We contacted Mani from Karachi and he was immediate in his reply, and confirmed that the part would be replaced forthwith. That was extremely comforting, in the professional after sale support with Mani’s involvement, and felt full confidence on DG +, the Store that Mani represents.

I feel that I must write to you commending Mani’s good and professional services offered to us, not only during the time of Purchase, but also covering the period after sale. We have reached a position of great confidence with Mani, in that every time we feel the need to acquire new electronic products in this segment, we feel that we would benefit the most by consulting with Mani and seeking his valued opinion beforehand.
